The game ran flawlessly for me in beta and at launch and right up to 1.0.3 and then it all went South fast. Players who experience this, they quit even before they play the game. Man, that thing is frustrating especially when none of the solution listed by developer able to fix it. Lack of content? You can still enter the game to just chill, minning, making gold, or trolling in chat. Some players even enjoy bugs, for example resilient perk bugs, people enjoy it. Especially if they are rich people and cant be bothered by small amount of money they spent to buy New World. If the game they were about to play gave them trouble instead of enjoyment, they would just quit and stop trying. People dont like troubles when they try to enjoy their free time to play a game. As a rich person he wont bother to contact customer service for support, he just uninstalled it and move on. My rich gamer friend who i invited to play this game, his PC is very expensive, but after he bought New World, then tried to log in, problem appears. So many players quit the game before they can even play it, why? Because of technical issues. Yes and yes, lack of end game content, bugs, imbalances in PvP, those are all also the reason people has quit, but not the main reason. So many people making assumption about why people left this game, but none of them is 100% accurate.
